Here's a birthday card I made with a little rock star theme.  You gotta love the guitar !!!

So today I opened up my Mod Podge.  I never knew what this was.  Now it's one of my favorite things to work with.  I can't wait to do my next Mod Podge project.  My husband made the step stool and I decided to give it a Disney theme for my little ones.  I think it turned out fantanstic !!!  I can't wait to make more of these step stools.  I can also make them in different themes and colors . :):):)

I just want to craft but my husband wants to karaoke,  what is a girl to do ??   Oh well,  here I go IT's karaoke time.  MAKE way for the superstar,  just pass me a mic !!!:):):) Good family fun.:):)

Another one of my Halloween center pieces.  This was alot of fun to make.  I put this on my dining table for that extra dramatic flair. I also have the lights dimmed low and a black light on.  Jars with glow in the dark paint are set in my cabinet with spooky sayings on each of them.  I will have to add those pics later .

So,  this month it's Halloween.  Costumes, parties, lot's of goodies and pumpkin patches with corn mazes and hay rides. Lot's of fun things to do.  We also had our annual Halloween party here at our house.  We always put on a family fun Halloween party for everyone to have a great time.  Yeah, I know that to have a party it takes a lot of time and money but it is so worth it.  How can you put a price on all the wonderful memories that the kids will take with them forever.  It doesn't always have to cost a lot of money as long as you get creative and make up fun games and activities to keep the kids entertained.   Having your family together is what matters most.  One new game we played was a donut-on-a-string eating contest.  That was a new game for us and so far one of the best.  Everyone loved it!  Hope you like the pics.

My cupcake display.  I just absolutely love the way it turned out.  With some help from my woodcrafter husband I was able to make an awesome display for our cupcakes.  How do you like the way it turned out??  Please leave a comment and be a follower for great holiday ideas and projects.

We are trying to plan a Disneyland trip and my kids always love getting the autographs of all the characters.  So we decided to make our own autograph books.  I used my Cricut for the cuts using  the Mickey and Princess cartridges and I bound them using my bind it all.

Here is one of my harvest wreaths that I made.  I got these pine cones walking with my kids on the trail next to my home.  My daughter loves to collect pine cones and we make projects out of them.:)

Today was costume shopping day.  The store crowds are getting worse and worse the closer to Halloween it gets.  And shopping for 5 kids is no easy task.  One look at the prices and I realize that homemade costumes are always better.  Better quality and fun to make.  Please feel free to share your Halloween costume ideas.  I would love to see some pics.

Krafty Mama of 5: My crafty little critter My little girl loves to craft just like her mother !! We had alot of fun today crafting and making Fall , Halloween centerpieces. She used the cricut for the cutouts. :):):)

Pictured below are the tools John used.  He actually had some wood left over and made a step-up for the kids bathroom. John made this display stand for parties.  I will be able to display my Halloween cupcakes on this stand.  I just have to dress it up a bit and I will post those pics soon.

Just putting on the finishing touches. Before adding the finishing touches. Completed project.
